The Unforgettable Summer for All Times
40 Flights, 7 Aircraft, 20 Cities, 1 Canadian Province and 13 States! Throw in Oshkosh in between and you have the perfect summer madness of flying extravaganza!
Our aim was clear: Combine family vacation, summer schools, business trips, Oshkosh airshow, university visits and every other excuse we could find with our flying adventures.
We took two major journeys: First one in the east coast in two aircraft: the Corvalis 400 TT (N5194Y) and the Bonanza A36 (N3241N) with 6 seats for carrying the whole family and lugguage backs and forth. The second trip was in a Corvalis 400 TT (N400BA) from New York all the way to Oshkosh, Colorado, California, Texas, Kansas and much more.
We flew well over 50 hours and in between managed to fly a few more aircraft such as the Cessna Citation Mustang Jet, the TBM 850 Turboprop and the Boeing 767 Flight Simulator at UPS headquarters.
Enjoy!

Trip 1 - A West Coast - East Coast Refresher
First half: A trip with Prof Osheroff to the Bug Sur in California in an old and basic C-172. This is one of the most beautiful coastal countryside in America and perhaps in the world.
Second half: Visiting Toronto, Ann Arbor, Michigan, Ithaca and Washington DC in the trusty N1594Y which is a Corvalis 400TT. We visited U Michigan and Cornell. It was time to change airplanes to the Bonanza A36 which is a six seater and carries 4 plus bags very comfortably. In this half, we went to North Carolina to visit Duke University, then to Princeton and a family vacation to Green Acre Summer School. In between a few side trips to Morristown, NJ was made to ensure business is in good order.

Coast to Coast Flying Adventures
The second major trip started in New York with Oshkosh as a major highlight. We continued all the way to California and back and covered such magnificent places as the Colorado Springs, Los Angeles where we visited NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Santa Fe, Houston, Kansas City where we flew the Citation Mustang and finally Louisville, Kentucky where we flew harrowing approaches in the B-767 simulator at UPS headquarters.
All this in the trusty Corvalis 400TT (N400BA) where we flew as high as 25,000' over the Rocky Mountains.
